Customer Policy
Customers are responsible for checking all products THOROUGHLY before leaving the store or when receiving mailed orders. 15 day warranty is only applicable for Whal & Andis ELECTRONICS ONLY. Every other electronic has its own warranty through the manufacture. All blades & shears are FINAL SALE. Must have receipt for any returns or exchanges & is only applicable if the item is defective by manufacturer. In the case of an exchange only the defective item will be exchanged. For any other exchanges or refunds the items as well as the packaging cannot be used opened or damaged & must have all original parts including any warranty papers and extras. If you are getting a refund or a exchange for a mailed order you are responsible for any additional shipping costs.
